NYC2012 took place in Manhattan and its was a sucessful and fun event that drove the VR community together.

In 2012 I had the pleasure to work with IVRPA - International Virtual Reality Photography Association, on design, communication and event organization for the International Panoramic Photography Conference.

NYC2012 Logo

Based on the ‘big apple’ concept for New York, I’ve designed a peeled apple to make a conection with the spinning movement that VR Photographers normally do while shooting.

Promotional Materials

Based on the logo, a set of promotional materials design was developed:

  • T-shirts
  • Lanyards
  • ID Cards
  • Messanger bags
  • Caps
  • Posters
  • Event signage
  • Event Program

Event Organisation

I’ve also helped in many other organisation hands on tasks for the conference, like:

  • helping running the talks program and schedule
  • Organising promotional materials production
  • Preparing rooms for talks
  • Mounting signage
  • Organising Registration desk and all necessary materials

This event turn out with a huge success for the Association and I was commissioned for the following year event design and organisation.
